Hi Reader, "No-spend" challenges are everywhere online. No-spend months, for the uninitiated, are usually framed as a challenge to restrict spending to essentials. That means no take out and no extra spending on “frivolous” things. I give credit to those who at least call the challenges "low-spend months,” since that is a bit more accurate.
